We finally got some snow!!! It's the first time since we've lived in this house, actually since I was a junior in high school that it has snowed enough to play in it. I was so excited to take Addison out in it. She sees snow on TV and always says she wants to play in it so now she finally did. I found a snowsuit in our attic that my mom gave me but it's a 6T which is twice the size she normally wears so it was safety pinned and rolled up all over the place but it was better than nothing! She loved making snowballs and throwing them and she loved making snow angels. She made 4 of them. We dont have any hills in our yard but we pulled out the sled and pulled Addison around in it and she LOVED it. She wanted to go all day but her cheeks were so red, I decided we better go inside. We drank hot chocolate, watched Obama's innaguration and watched the snow outside. It was a perfect snow day and we'll probably do it again tomorrow!

Fashion Show

Addison wanted to try on all of the new dress up clothes she got for Christmas so I helped her put them all on and had her parade around the house in them because she is so stinkin' cute!! She refuses to take off the Snow White dress now. I love it!

My brother Travis got married on the 20th in Salt Lake. We weren't able to go because the plane tickets were too expensive but from the pictures, it looks like they had a beautiful wedding. They had a reception here at Maggianos, an awesome Italian restaurant and it was a lot of fun. I was able to see my grandparents, uncle and a lot of my friends from my parents' ward. I'm so excited for Trav and Sara and I'm excited to finally have a sister-in-law on my side of the family!!

We spent Christmas with Phillip's family in Myrtle Beach. It was the first time we've done Christmas with them since we've been married so it was long overdue. Phillip has wanted some onesie pajamas for himself ever since we got married so I finally found some that were tall enough for him. Complete with feet and a butt-flap. He was so excited about them. We also gave Addison a kitchen before we left because we couldn't fit it in the car and she LOVES it. She hasn't stopped playing with it since. She loves feeding her babydolls and making me snacks. It's really cute! We also had a "2nd Christmas" with my family when my brother and new sister got back from their honeymoon, which was a lot of fun since we hadn't seen them in a long time.

Just a few pictures of Addison in her Christmas dress. I took about 60 pictures and got one that was really good, plus a silly one. What an ordeal trying to get her to sit still for a picture!!

Our 5th Anniversary!

Our original wedding cake top got eaten by my brother for his birthday a few weeks after our wedding instead of getting frozen so we could eat it on our first anniversary. So Phillip had the same lady make another cake for our anniversary this year. It was so sweet! It looks pretty much exactly like our original cake. It was a big surprise! We had our ward Christmas party that night that we really wanted to go to so we celebrated the next night. We went to Olive Garden because we went there the night we got engaged and we went there on our first anniversary. Then the big surprise of the night was that Phillip took me to see Twilight. He said that he would NEVER see it just because I am so obsessed with it and I talk about it all the time but he knew that I would love it if he saw it so it was awesome!! And the best part is, is that he actually liked it!! Anyway, it was a great anniversary and I can't believe we've been married for 5 years!
