We started off the day by going to the Holly Springs Christmas Parade. I always think the kids will be bored but they always love it. Haven especially loved the dogs, horses and Santa. She did keep trying to go out into the middle of the road but luckily she didn't get trampled ;)

After the parade, we dropped the big kids off at the church so they could go to the big Nativity event they have every year with my parents. They had fun, especially with Bella!
Then we headed over to my parents house to do gingerbread houses. This is one of their favorite things all Christmas to do. They loved making these!
She was not at all interested in taking a picture with all of the big kids but she was more than happy to be the center of attention here!
After making houses, my dad, the kids, Ashlee and Travis went to the pond and then we all went to dinner. After dinner we got out the fire pit and made s'mores and all smelled like campfire by the end of the night. It was an AWESOME December Saturday!
