Frozen on Ice

The second tickets for Frozen on Ice became available about 6 months ago during a pre-sale, I immediately bought them.  The kids were OBSESSED with Frozen and I knew they'd flip if they got to see this so we'd been patiently waiting for this for a while.  It did not disappoint.  It was really well done and the kids LOVED it.

Just a few fun pics from the show.  I got the cheapest seats available and they actually turned out to be pretty great. I was pleasantly surprised!

This was all of our favorite parts.  This snow monster started off super tiny and blew up over a few minutes as it skated around the ice for a super cool effect.  

Let's Go Canes!

On Monday we decided about an hour before the game that we were going to see the Canes.  We got cheap tickets, yummy food, some pom poms for the girls and a flag for Coop.  We had a great time cheering them on even if they didn't win.  We're going to turn these kids (and Ashlee) into Caniacs whether they like it or not ;)

Rudolph Show

My mom got us tickets to the Rudolph show for last Saturday.  The kids had been looking forward to this for months.  She was able to get a ticket last minute for Bella and we were all happy to have her there.  She has fit into this family very nicely as if she was always here!

They were also able to get their faces painted by the quickest face painter I've ever seen.  It was great!

The show was super cute and hopefully we'll be able to keep doing stuff like this all together!

My Little Indian

Right before Thanksgiving break, Cooper had a program at pre-school complete with a Thanksgiving Feast.  Some kids were Pilgrims and some were Indians.  He was sooo cute!  They sang songs and did a little skit.  He LOVES school so much.  I was so worried about him not being ready to go but he is doing awesome!

T-Ball

I realized I stopped posting things for a big chunk of time a few months ago so I'm going to add a few things that are a little older but want to blog for record keeping purposes.  Cooper started t-ball this fall and he LOVED it.  He thought it was so cool to be a part of a team and play a sport.  He never had any interest in soccer so we did t-ball instead.  The whole team was so terrible at the beginning of the season and they really got a lot better as time went on.  He wants to play again in the Spring.

At the awards dinner he got the "Best Attitude" award.  He loved it.

He about fell out of his chair when he got his very first trophy.  He was just so enthusiastic about the whole thing and it was really fun to watch him do this.  He definitely came out of his shell a bit!

Horses, Horses, Horses

We went to Cooper's friends' birthday party at a horse farm a few weeks ago.  The kids thought this was sooo cool.  They couldn't wait to actually ride a horse.  

Coop looks sooo handsome and grown up.  Sigh.

Even Haven really loved them. I thought she'd be afraid of them but she wasn't at all.

They spent about an hour just feeding them.  They were terrified at first but got the hang of it pretty fast.  I love how Cooper's face looks, haha.

Even Haven got in on the action with a mini horse just her size!

Ramdoms

We went to a fire station opening and got a few cute pics.

Addison had a grammy sleepover during track out and did a few fun crafts.  She's a lucky girl!
