5 Months!!

My baby girl is 5 months old!  She has finally started to gain a little weight and has some chunk in her thighs.  She's finally fitting into her 3-6 months clothes a little better.  She started rolling over this month which the big kids think is awesome.  They love to run and tell me every single time she does it.  It's cute that they are still so amazed by her.  She has gotten the hang of her jumper and its still her favorite "toy".  She jumps pretty high in it!  She has been sleeping 8 hour stretches, is up for about an hour around 5 and then goes back to sleep for another 3 hours.  I'm finally getting a decent amount of sleep and it's been so nice.  Phillip and I still fight over who gets to hold and feed her.  He wins mostly ; )  We just love her SO much.

Cute Kids

Just some random pictures of what's been going on over the past few weeks.  It was really nice a few weeks ago so we got out the hammock and spent a lot of time out there.  Love that thing!

Anyone that knows Phillip knows he is an avid Green Bay Packers fan.  At the consignment sale, I found this sweatshirt for Cooper and Phillip was so excited and couldn't wait to take this picture.

Haven has taken quite a liking to this little Elmo.  I think its because it fits nicely into her hands.  I thought the way she is holding this is SO cute!

4 Months Old!

My baby girl turned 4 months old on the 1st!  She got her shots that day so I wasn't able to get any good pictures.  She was super cranky all afternoon and the entire next day, poor girl.  She has really changed a lot this month.  She has started to grab and play with toys, has finally found her feet and constantly tries to put them in her mouth.  It's cute.  She LOVES her big brother and sister.  She lights up like crazy every time they are around.  Especially Addison, she just loves her to death.  I thought the newness of her being born would have worn off by now but it hasn't at all and I'm so glad.  They are so helpful and are always fighting over who gets to do what for her.  It's cute.

She finally likes her playmat.  She used to hate it, probably because she hates tummy time and I would pretty much force her to do it on this mat but now that she can actually grab and play, she loves it.  

She's always stuffing the toys in her mouth.  Super cute!

1st time Swimming!

I've been dying to take Haven swimming.  She's got the cutest suit and I got a towel just for her, which I love. I wasn't sure how she was going to react since she LOVES the bath but probably because it's warm.  She didn't really react at all to be honest.  She just sat looking around at everything.  I actually thought she'd scream bloody murder since it was a little chilly but she did great!  I'm glad she can finally hold her head up a little so we can put her in the floatie.  

The 4th

We went to the church building for the annual pancake breakfast.  The food was surprisingly awesome.  The kids went back for seconds.  Addison cant ever get enough bacon!  

After breakfast, the primary put on a Family Field Day.  They did a great job putting everything together and we all had so much fun.  Here's Addison trying to drop the clothespin into the jar.  She never quite made it ; )

It was SO hot so the kids were happy to do the water bucket game.  They had to pass the bucket to the person behind them over their head but there were holes in the bottom of the buckets so they got drenched.  They loved it though!

Addison's pretty face paint.  She was having trouble smiling because it was so sunny so that's whats up with the weird face but the face paint came out really great!

This game was funny to watch.  They had to get the hula hoop to the end without letting go of each others hands.  It was interesting to see them trying to figure it out!

This was like a relay race where each member of the team had to run to the end of the cone, come back and pass the plunger to the next person.  It was cute.

For every game they played, they each got a ticket.  At the end of the activity, they pulled out some names for the baked goods drawings.  Cooper actually won!  He was beyond excited.  He promptly picked out the pumpkin pie and told me he wanted to bring it to Grammy's house to share with everyone.  My sweet boy!

After the activity, we went to my parents house for the afternoon and dinner. We got the perfect picture of the kids with my mom.  SO cute!

Uncle Travis came to visit for the weekend and the kids took full advantage!  He impressively did some push ups with them on top.  He was red faced by the end ; )

After dinner the kids played a water balloon toss that my parents set up in the driveway.  They LOVED it.

We did some fireworks and sparklers when it got dark.  The kids liked the sparklers and it was the first year no one got burned.  The neighbor kids from across the street came over for the fun too.

On the 3rd, we were going to go see the fireworks that Fuquay does but we weren't sure if the weather was going to hold off so we decided not to.  The kids really wanted to see the big fireworks so we went tonight on the 5th to Holly Springs.  It was at this huge farm with tons of space so we got a great spot.  The kids were so excited and the weather was great.

Addison was using her glow sticks to be an air traffic controller.  I'm surprised she knew what an air traffic controller was!

Finally the fireworks started.  I thought Haven would scream bloody murder but she did great.  She just watched the whole thing.  Even when she wasn't eating, she just watched.  When she's asleep, loud noises don't wake her up for anything but when shes awake, she hates them.  I'm glad she liked them though!
